Paradigm medical Industries (PMED) $3.05.  Rumor that (ACL) will take an equity stake in (PMED) at a high premium to the market.  Both companies were unavailable for comment.

(EMC) EMC Corp. $11.80 - Rumor that (DELL) will make a bid for the company at $20 a share.  Neither company was available for comment.
